Sudesh heads Corporate Development, Strategy & Investor Relations functions at Gupshup. He brings with him over a decade of rich technology investment banking experience at leading investment banks including Evercore and Deutsche Bank. Sudesh has advised on $50bn+ worth of M&A advisory and capital markets transactions for technology clients including Facebook, HP, Oracle, Palo Alto Networks and ServiceNow. Prior to joining Gupshup, Sudesh was a Managing Director at Evercore advising clients in the enterprise software and cybersecurity sectors.
