Abhishek leads Conversational Experience Platforms and Products Engineering at Gupshup including Bot Builder, Agent Assist, Customer Data Platform, Integrations Platform, Commerce, Marketing and Customer Support Engines, Vertical Products, AI and UI Technologies. He has over two decades of experience building various products earlier at InMobi, Walmart, Flipkart, Amobee, Google, Oracle and Teradata for AdTech, Ecommerce and Database Domains. 

He has B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT BHU and MS Computer Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has many patents, publications and awards and vast technical expertise across many areas.
